Yesman is an established manufacturing company in Pinetown, specializing in visual advertising for both indoor and outdoor events.

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator. Responsibilities would include:

  • All administration required for recruitment of staff
  • All administration required for staff resignations or dismissals.
  • Administration of sales staff performance sheets on Excel
  • Making sure current employment system is followed and implemented.
  • Ensuring compliance with all Labour Regulations
  • Mediating minor workplace conflicts and assisting Management with other more serious issues.
  • Administration of Disciplinary Procedures according to Yesman's Disciplinary Code and Conduct
  • Formulation of salary, wage and casual wage payroll requirements including management of Annual, Sick, Unpaid

Qualifications

  • Highly skilled on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Strong Organisation and Attention to Detail Personality Profile
  • 3-5 Years Experience in HR Administration and Knowledge of Current Labour Regulations
  • Ability to work well with Management, Supervisors and Employees
  • Ability to ensure all information is kept strictly confidential.
