About The Position

• As a Fibre Sales Specialist, your job is to sell high-speed fibre internet to homes and businesses in your area.
• You’ll be actively promoting fibre services, answering questions, and closing sales while providing top-notch customer service.
  
  

Main Duties

• Sales: Promote fibre services to new customers within specific areas.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction at all stages.
• Sales Process: Manage and keep track of leads and sales using the company system (Solid).
• Community Engagement: Participate in door-to-door sales, street events, mall activations, and other sales activities as directed by management.
• Marketing Support: Share information about Fiber sales on social media and use sales collateral effectively.
• Reporting: Track and report all sales activities daily, including leads, locations, interactions, and outcomes.
• Equipment Care: Maintain all sales and marketing materials in good condition.
• Feedback and Improvement: Suggest locations for activations and marketing opportunities to help improve team effectiveness.
