We are a multi-brand business with a presence in both finance and recruitment in the UK and South Africa. Our marketing department functions as an in-house agency, providing marketing support across all our brands.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our growing marketing team in Cape Town, South Africa. In this multifaceted role, you will play a key part in managing our CRM systems, supporting with the execution of email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and providing administrative support to the broader marketing team

Responsibilities

Manage our CRM systems (Close, Vincere, Manatal) to ensure their efficient use by the team and adherence to established processes.

Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports

Manage lead assignment and ensure follow-up by the sales team.

Oversee data enrichment within the CRM

Assist data preparation for email campaigns.

Utilise Skylead for targeted LinkedIn outreach.

Build and execute high-quality email campaigns designed to generate leads for our group businesses.

• Collaborate across the entire email marketing lifecycle:

  • Ensure data enrichment and scraping is completed appropriately.

  • Set up email automations using DotDigital.

  • Manage inbound replies to facilitate sales team follow-up.

  • Generate reports to measure campaign success.

Manage these tasks for multiple brands and target audiences simultaneously.

Provide administrative support to the marketing team.

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of CRM systems
