What are you going to do?
  • Undertake business assurance assessments within your authorised area of specialism, in accordance with current procedures and agreed timescales.
  • Lead assessment teams effectively, ensuring visits are completed within the agreed timescales, and coordinate team findings to reach conclusions.
  • Produce high-quality assessment reports reflecting business assurance principles, complying with accreditation requirements and internal procedures.
  • Keep all internal client stakeholders informed of changes and issues, escalating as appropriate.
  • Pass opportunities and sales leads to appropriate colleagues for progression.
  • Provide client feedback and insights to relevant internal recipients.
  • Maintain professional competence by staying updated on technical developments, maintaining CPD records, updating CV, maintaining professional registrations, and producing records of competence as required.
  • Build strong client and internal relationships actively.
  • Participate fully in assessor meetings.
  • Perform additional tasks such as assessor development, product development, or projects as required.
What do we ask from you?
  • Good verbal and written knowledge of the English language.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electronics engineering.
  • Attended and passed an IRCA registered (or equivalent) Lead Auditor training course recognized by LRQA in ISO 27001, ISO 20000, & ISO 22301.
  • At least four years of full-time practical workplace experience in Information Technology, with at least two years in a role related to Information Security.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO/IEC 9001, 27001, ISO 20000, & ISO 22301 requirements and applications.
  • At least two years recent business continuity experience, with understanding of all ten BCI Areas of competence, demonstrated through CBCI or MBCI membership or equivalent experience.
  • At least four years working experience with a recognized certification body related to management system audits.
Additional advantages
  • Experience with other management system standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework and sector-specific requirements, including local laws.
