Changing the Narrative of Strength Training.

We’re Hiring: Content & Community Coordinator

Horizen isn’t just a gym. It’s a space built on intention. We care about how people move, the stories that shape them, and the community that grows around it.

We’re looking for someone to help us tell the story of Horizen. Not through trends or templates, but through culture. The real stuff: effort, conversations, energy shifts, and everyday moments that show what this place is really about. You’ll be responsible for making sure the way we show up online feels just like walking into the gym.

What you’ll do

• Capture and share daily moments that reflect Horizen’s culture. Behind the scenes, post class, day in the life, and real time moments not covered by our videographer

• Be a voice for the community, both online and in person. Responding to DMs, running interactive stories, and engaging during peak times

• Write captions, hooks, and micro stories that sound like us. Grounded, personal, and clear

• Keep our content calendar moving. From podcasts and newsletters to stories, campaigns, and promos

• Edit and publish fast. Using your phone or go to tools to keep our content current and real

• Surface and share stories from the gym floor. Spotting wins, asking questions, and working closely with coaches and staff

• Propose weekly ideas and adapt trends to fit Horizen’s voice. Knowing when to plug in and when to pass

• Collaborate with the Head of Creative and the wider team. From brainstorming and feedback to stepping in and creating independently when needed

• Track performance and community feedback. Using analytics, instinct, and insights to shape future content

Important: Apply via email, not LinkedIn.

What we’re looking for

• Comfortable filming, editing, and posting quickly across platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)

• A strong eye for people, rhythm, visuals, and tone. You get how stories land

• Confident writing clear, warm, on brand copy. From captions to calls to action

• Present, proactive, and plugged into what’s happening in and outside the gym

• Familiar with CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or whatever helps you move fast and well

• Flexible, collaborative, and ready to take creative ownership. While also knowing how to support and elevate a team

What success looks like

• You’re engaged, responsive, and part of the community

• Our online presence feels alive, clear, and aligned with the in gym energy

• Content is consistent, human, and never overly polished

• Engagement grows naturally because people feel seen and understood

• You take creative initiative and support the Head of Creative when needed. Keeping momentum high across solo and team led projects

This is not just a content role. It is community facing. You will be in the room, on the gym floor, in the DMs, and part of what makes Horizen feel like more than just a gym. You will help shape how we show up, what we say, and how people connect with us.

If that sounds like you, send your CV and a short motivation (300 to 500 words) tomovement@horizengym.com. If you’ve got work you’re proud of, even if it’s personal, we’d love to see it.
