From CNN to The Huffington Post, the world is talking about the movement to address global poverty. The Borgen Project works to make poverty a focus of U.S. and U.K. foreign policy and supports the passage of bills benefiting people in developing countries.
Are you passionate about making a difference in the world? The Borgen Project is an international organisation that works at the political level to improve living conditions for people affected by war, famine and poverty. With 20 years of experience in the advocacy space, the organization supports efforts that have benefited close to 500 million people in developing countries.
The role focuses on content creation for BORGEN Magazine or The Borgen Project Blog.
This is a part-time, 12 hours per week, 12-week, unpaid remote programme. If your availability is limited, you can work ahead and complete the programme in fewer weeks.
No prior experience is necessary; we are looking for people who are passionate about fighting poverty and righting wrongs, regardless of GPA or background.
This is an unpaid programme, although college credit is available.
New programmes begin every month; you choose the month you wish to start.
