Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet and assist all visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk.
  • Manage guest check-ins and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Triage incoming tickets and route them to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of packages, including logging and distribution.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.
  • Manage conference room bookings and calendar updates via Google Calendar.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams via Slack and other tools.
  • Support workplace operations and customer experience initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in a front desk, office coordinator, or customer-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; outgoing and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Calendar) and Slack.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and basic office logistics (shipping/receiving).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
