Job summary

And we empower our Canadian team to take on the most creative challenges to make this possible. **About the Role** We are looking for a **UI/UX Designer** with strong user experience instincts and solid UI execution skills. You will be working closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to build seamless user journeys that look great and function even better. This role is ideal for someone who has at least 3 years of experience, and who is passionate about understanding users, solving real problems, and creating intuitive interfaces. While UX will be the core of your work, we expect you to have a good sense of visual design and UI polish. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead UX design processes: user research, persona development, customer journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping. • Translate insights into intuitive, high-quality UI design for web and/or mobile applications. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver end-to-end user experiences. • Use data (quantitative and qualitative) to inform design decisions and iterate based on user feedback. • Contribute to and help maintain the product design system. • Present design concepts clearly and advocate for UX best practices. **You’re a great fit if you:** • Have 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably working on SaaS, consumer software, or digital products. • Are stronger in UX (user flows, research, structure), but capable of producing polished UI design (typography, layout, colors). • Can conduct or synthesize user research and user analysis to guide design direction. • Are skilled in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. • Understand responsive design, interaction design, and accessibility principles. • Thrive in an iterative, feedback-driven environment. **Job Types:** Full-time, Permanent **Pay:** $53,000.00–$72,000.00 per year **Additional Pay:** Bonus pay **Flexible Language Requirement:** French not required **Schedule:** • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday **Application Question:** Please share which channels, communities, or platforms you've used to connect with designers or creative collaborators in your previous roles. **Experience:** UI/UX design: 3 years (required) **Location:** Burnaby, BC (required) **Work Location:** In person
