Job summary

A leading water utility provider seeks an Operations Specialist to provide operational, administrative, and technical support to Field and Production departments. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a valid driver's license. This full-time position is located on-site in Muncie, Indiana, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of operations experience.
• Experience in troubleshooting or repairs on water and wastewater distribution systems.
• Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Field and Production departments.
• Schedule daily operational work based on priority.
• Respond to customer inquiries and gather relevant information.
