Responsibilities

  • Support crisis intervention, stabilization, and acute psychiatric admissions.
  • Perform daily rounding, documentation, and collaborative care with nursing + social work teams.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and treatment planning.
  • Ensure compliance with state and facility standards of care.

Base pay range

$55.00/hr - $60.00/hr

We are seeking an experienced Travel Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to support a Behavioral Health Unit in Greenville, NC. This role provides inpatient psychiatric care, crisis stabilization, medication management, and diagnostic evaluations for adult patients in an acute hospital setting. You will join a collaborative behavioral health team serving a diverse patient population across Eastern North Carolina.
