A global insurance provider is seeking a Transformation & Change Director to lead key initiatives in organizational change. The Transformation & Change Director at SiriusPoint will lead the development of an enduring Transformation and Change Function to ensure continued delivery of our strategic priorities. This role will play a pivotal strategic part in driving the evolution of a best-in-class transformation capability, leading a team that includes four key capabilities:
Reporting to the Transformation Steering Committee, ELT and Board, the Transformation & Change Director will lead a permanent high-performing team, building enduring capabilities that support SiriusPoint’s long-term strategic ambition.
