Are you a multitasker who thrives on variety and loves working with a team? Are you looking for a professional role that combines people skills, problem-solving, and behind-the-scenes support? As a Title Support Associate at Love Title, you’ll play an important role in creating smooth real estate transactions—from the front lobby to closing day.
This is a fast-paced, detail-focused position ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative team.

What You’ll Do: Position Highlights
Reception & Office Operations

  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and create a welcoming lobby experience
  • Keep things running smoothly with supply and delivery management and mail sorting
  • Coordinate building and equipment maintenance
  • Run errands (tax office, courthouse, post office) and notarize documents
  • Help resolve customer needs calmly and professionally
Title Support
  • Enter and verify public record data for title documents
  • Maintain plat books, update certification info, and upload key records
  • Help land researchers access property records and manage invoicing
Abstractor & Escrow Support
  • Assist with scanning, filing, copying, and checking prior files
  • Process contracts, earnest money, and other key documents
  • Organize file folders, upload surveys and invoices, and help prepare closings
  • Handle post-closing tasks like mailing checks, sending lender packages, and uploading final documents
What We’re Looking For: Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer tools
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Friendly, reliable, and ready to learn—no real estate experience required
  • Able to stay calm and focused under pressure
