About the Role

We’re looking for a Tech Lead to own the architecture, delivery, and evolution of our AI‑powered engineering services platform. This is a hands‑on leadership role; you’ll write code, set technical direction, mentor engineers, and work directly with founders to shape the product roadmap. You’ll be an early leader in building the engineering culture and scaling the team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical design and architecture decisions to ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and performant.
• Own delivery of major product initiatives from concept to production.
• Write clean, maintainable code and set engineering best practices for the team.
• Mentor and guide engineers, conducting design reviews and fostering technical growth.
• Identify and implement process improvements for speed and quality as we scale.
• Help with recruiting and onboarding as we grow the engineering team.

Who You Are

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of leading the design and delivery of complex, scalable systems.
• Deep experience in one or more: Python, Node.js, Go; strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong understanding of API design, distributed systems, and real‑time data processing.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Skilled at balancing long‑term technical vision with short‑term delivery needs.
• Bonus: experience integrating LLMs, AI‑powered automation, or observability tools.
