Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tax Controversy Attorney, preferably a current or former IRS trial attorney, to represent our high-net-worth clients in resolving complex tax disputes. In this role, you will handle all aspects of tax controversy at the administrative and litigation levels, including examinations, appeals, and collections. You will engage with federal, California, and local governmental entities.

This position offers a potential path to a shareholder role for a candidate who demonstrates long-term success and leadership within the firm.

Salary

Base pay range: $170,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr.
