Responsibilities:

  • Support project costing and commercial proposals for US deals.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, on‑time delivery, and cost optimization across Automata products and 3rd‑party instrumentation.
  • Lead supplier sourcing, quoting, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Customer Experience, Pre‑Sales, Engineering, and Finance.
  • Drive cost‑optimization initiatives and value‑engineering opportunities.
  • Align procurement activities with project milestones and manufacturing timelines.
  • Oversee ERP accuracy and data management.
  • Lead demand planning for ongoing operations and project delivery.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development for supply chain team members.
  • Maintain accurate supply chain reporting for leadership, including month‑end requirements.
  • Travel up to 10%, including international travel.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 5 to 8 years within Procurement
  • 2 years managerial experience
  • A hands on manager, who is willing to problem solve
  • Supplier management
  • Budgeting experience
  • Material management

Nice to Have:

  • Experience within Biotech and Pharma
  • Working within a start‑up or scale‑up business
