This role requires expertise in substation design, leadership experience, and a Professional Engineering (PE) License. We are seeking a skilled Substation Engineer who will continue to learn, remain current, and apply independent knowledge and interpretation of departmental design guides, standards, systems, and applicable engineering codes. The role involves ensuring compliance with quality programs and providing guidance and direction within project and discipline teams. You will support continuous improvement and change management efforts while preparing complex engineering deliverables and conducting independent evaluations.
The position offers a hybrid work environment with flexible options available after the first 90 days based on performance and assignments. Currently, the role involves two days remote and three days in-office work. The pay range for this position is $108108.00 - $161986.00/yr.
