The primary role of the Sr. Manager, Technology Inside Sales is to effectively manage a region of 12 Inside Sales Reps who manage $65 million+ of business consisting of public, small, mid and large companies.

The Sr. Manager, Technology Inside Sales is responsible for meeting all objectives including sales, margin, technology account penetration and retention.

The Sr. Manager, Technology Inside Sales is responsible for knowledge of distribution process, negotiations and collaboration with distribution partners.

The Sr. Manager, Technology Inside Sales is responsible for hands‑on coaching and employee certifications to develop sales skills that will ensure that reps increase share of wallet and grow sales.

The Sr. Manager, Technology Inside Sales takes a lead role in identifying the critical success factors that will help motivate and guide all field and inside sales representatives in their daily activities.

This role requires 15% travel.

The Sr. Manager, Technology is likely a successor to a Director of Technology, Inside Sales.

The Sr. Manager, Technology Inside Sales is expected to lead with integrity, by adhering to ethical standards of personal conduct and business rules when making decisions or executing tasks and incorporating quality considerations into decision making.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 4 years’ experience in related field.
