A regional healthcare system in Providence, RI seeks a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR support. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a Business Partner role, and a Bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include establishing relationships with management, supporting HR functions, and leading in unionized environments. Strong skills in problem solving and communication are essential for success in this position.

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr HRBP) provides strategic support and consultation on Human Resources related issues within designated Operating Unit (OU). The incumbent establishes and maintains working relationships with all levels of management and staff and works with senior leadership to analyze, monitor, and address HR efforts related to improving the work environment of their employees strategically and proactively. Utilizes knowledge of various human resources functions to provide tactical support to line managers. Acts as liaison with other HR functions including recruitment, training/development, employee/labor relations, compensation, and benefits and provides change management leadership as needed.
Solid understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and practices as well as current state and federal labor and employment laws
