Job description
Position Responsibilities
  • You will be a finance partner to the Transportation and Supply Chain teams, providing insights on freight spend, cost drivers, and operational efficiency.

  • Lead financial planning processes including monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans for transportation spend.

  • Conduct variance analysis and develop applicable recommendations to improve cost efficiency and support strategic plans.

  • Support annual freight procurement activities through RFP analysis, rate benchmarking, and scenario modeling.

  • Develop, automate, and maintain reporting tools using Power BI and other analytics platforms to monitor KPIs and drive decision-making.

  • Leverage AI and automation to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accuracy and accessibility.

  • Partner with Procurement, Operations, and Accounting to ensure financial alignment, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Lead finance projects from conception to completion, including cost modeling, savings tracking, and strategic initiative support.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in financial processes, and systems.

  • Provide analytical support and financial counsel to help us meet our cost and profitability goals.

Position Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably within logistics, transportation, or supply chain

  • Financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills with an understanding of cost drivers

  • Advanced Excel experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

  • Proficiency in Power BI, with an ability to build and automate reporting tools

  • Hands-on experience implementing automation and AI-driven solutions to improve reporting

  • Experience with data structures and ability to work with large datasets using tools like SQL, Python, or similar

  • Familiarity with domestic and international freight markets and cost structures

  • Experience driving process improvements and leading finance projects

  • Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)

This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.

Compensation

Pay Range: $81,000-$118,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
