Senior Director, Enterprise Master Data & Advanced Analytics

Expert Technical Solutions is offering this Direct Hire, Hybrid opportunity in Sandy Springs, GA. Competitive salary plus bonus and excellent benefits.

You will lead enterprise-wide data strategy and integrate MDM and Enterprise Analytics into a unified function that builds trusted data foundations, enables cross-functional visibility, and unlocks advanced analytic capabilities across the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise data strategy, aligning MDM and analytics capabilities to our commercial and operational priorities.
• Build the foundation for trusted, unified data across systems — ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and consistency across customer, product, supplier, and financial domains.
• Partner with IT and data engineering teams to define architecture, integration, and governance standards that enable scalability and agility.
• Champion enterprise data maturity, creating frameworks for stewardship, quality management, and metric standardization.
• Oversee setup, governance, and maintenance of product, customer, and supplier data in Enterworks and other enterprise platforms.
• Ensure all relevant attributes are populated and harmonized across systems to support reporting, pricing, sourcing, and digital execution.
• Lead efforts to automate validations, strengthen data integrity, and enhance transparency across the enterprise.
• Partner cross-functionally to establish data hierarchies and maintain synchronization between ERP, CRM, and the data warehouse.
• Lead advanced analytics initiatives that translate data into actionable insights across commercial and operational use cases — including pricing, inventory optimization, supply chain, and margin improvement.
• Build and enrich analytics‑ready data assets combining operational, customer, and product information.
• Advance predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities using machine learning and AI to uncover relationships, anticipate outcomes, and optimize decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise data, analytics, or MDM leadership, ideally within distribution, manufacturing, or complex B2B environments.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, governance, and analytics frameworks that connect commercial and operational systems.
• Proven ability to build and lead multidisciplinary teams across data management, data science, and analytics.
• Experience integrating data from ERP, CRM, pricing, and operational systems (e.g., Salesforce, Enterworks, Redshift, Power BI).
• Demonstrated success using AI, machine learning, or optimization models to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
