As a CBRE SPQREA - Sr. Associate, you will be responsible for developing business, marketing commercial real estate properties, and negotiating the leasing terms, purchase, or sale of an asset on behalf of clients.

The SPQREA- Senior Associate role is a commission-based role. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine the best commission plan, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The commission plan offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and current industry production.
