Summary: We are seeking a skilled delivery‑focused Project/Program Manager to lead ADAS engineering initiatives across multiple vehicle platforms. This role involves managing end‑to‑end delivery of ADAS features, driving innovation in sensor fusion and perception systems, and collaborating with OEMs, Tier‑1 suppliers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have 8–14 years of experience in embedded systems, real‑time software, and automotive safety standards, with hands‑on exposure to NVIDIA DRIVE platforms and Gen‑AI engineering accelerators.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Manage planning, execution, and delivery of ADAS programs across vehicle platforms.
- System Engineering: Define system requirements and architecture for ADAS features such as lane keeping assistance, adaptive cruise control, and collision avoidance.
- Sensor Fusion & Perception: Oversee development of algorithms using radar, LiDAR, and camera systems, leveraging NVIDIA DRIVE AGX and CUDA frameworks.
- Validation & Testing: Lead simulation and real‑world testing using NVIDIA Omniverse Replicator and Drive Sim for synthetic data generation and scenario validation.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to ISO 26262, ASPICE, and cybersecurity standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Align with OEMs, Tier‑1 suppliers, and internal teams on technical and programming goals.
- Cloud & V2X Integration: Support development of cloud‑based vehicle data platforms and V2X communication strategies.
- Model‑Based Development: Promote use of AUTOSAR and model‑based design tools for scalable ADAS solutions.
- AI/ML Enablement: Integrate AI/ML for perception and decision‑making, including GenAI for code generation, test automation, and documentation.
- GenAI Accelerators: Utilize GenAI tools for requirements analysis, defect prediction, test case generation, and engineering knowledge reuse.
- Client Engagements: Represent the organization in customer discussions and technical workshops.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Onsite‑Offshore Coordination: Lead distributed teams across geographies for seamless collaboration.
- Quality Assurance: Implement validation frameworks using NVIDIA Isaac Sim and GenAI‑powered analytics.
- Team Development: Mentor engineers and domain experts in ADAS systems.
- Solutioning: Drive end‑to‑end solutioning for ADAS systems, integrating technical feasibility with business value.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Years of experience in ADAS or autonomous driving technologies.
- Strong knowledge of embedded systems, real‑time software, and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, ROS, ADTF, AUTOSAR, and NVIDIA DRIVE SDK.
- Familiarity with ISO 26262, ASPICE, and ISO/SAE 21434 standards.
- Experience in cloud connectivity and V2X communication.
- Experience with AI/ML for perception and decision‑making.
- Exposure to global automotive markets and regulatory environments.
- Hands‑on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, and GenAI engineering tools.
- Knowledge of model‑based development and simulation frameworks.
- ADAS & Autonomous Systems: Lane keeping, adaptive cruise, collision avoidance, RADAR, LiDAR, camera‑based perception.
- Vehicle Architectures: E/E Architecture, Zonal ECUs.
- Communication Protocols: CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS, DOIP.
- Tools & Simulation: CANoe, MATLAB/Simulink, NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim.
- System Design & Modeling: AUTOSAR, PREEvision, Functional Architecture.
- ISO 26262 (Functional Safety).
- ASPICE.
- ISO/SAE 21434 (Cybersecurity).
