Availability: Nights and weekends

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and engage with our community daily across three Instagram accounts, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other platforms.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and story mentions in a timely, brand-aligned, and friendly way.
  • Track conversations and trends through social listening, flagging important insights and opportunities to the broader team.
  • Support in creating a welcoming, engaging community experience across all social platforms.
  • Collect and share feedback from our community to help shape content, product development, and brand strategy.
  • Assist with light data tracking and reporting to provide insights into community engagement and growth.
  • Work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends to ensure timely responses to our community.
  • Help PR/ Influencer team to foster relationship/outreach to content creators.
  • Assist social and digital team with any marketing needs (e.g., Events, activations, campaign shoots, etc.).
