As Smart Home Sales Consultant the primary function of this position is for a dedicated subject‑matter expert who will be the go‑to resource for customers exploring our appliance and electronics categories. The Smart Home Sales Consultant drives category growth by prospecting, generating referrals, and guiding customers on appliances, electronics, and in‑home technology. This role delivers world‑class service, applies effective sales strategies, and meets monthly performance goals to maximize sales and revenue. Your contributions will ensure the success of the Sales Department at CITY Furniture.

In addition to commissions, after completing six months with the company, you will be eligible for a $5,000 retention bonus. This bonus is designed to reward long‑term commitment and continued performance within the company. Eligibility is contingent on meeting performance expectations and remaining with the company for the entire six months.
