Qualifications
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with over 5 years of direct service desk experience.
  • Certifications: ITIL v4
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting and knowledgeable about:
    • Microsoft Windows 10-11
    • Apple macOS 15
    • Apple iOS and iPadOS 18
