As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates in leadership positions. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder engagement, proven connections on the market and expertise in executive headhunting to support our growth and leadership needs in the North American region.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and executive-level roles across our growth functions within North America.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using various channels, including senior leadership networks, industry events, and online platforms.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform hiring strategies in specific regions.
  • Manage the candidate experience and ensure a seamless and professional recruitment process.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in senior talent acquisition across tech and e-commerce areas.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of talent acquisition experience, including over 5 years specializing in hiring leadership roles for global organizations, preferably within the technology or e-commerce sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in candidate placement within the North American market, focusing on attracting top talent from the East Coast region, ideally around the Boston area.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and critical thinking capabilities to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a dynamic environment.
  • High adaptability and resilience, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, scale‑up setting while actively contributing to the development and refinement of recruitment processes.
  • Proven ability to operate as a key expert and work autonomously, while also being a collaborative team player capable of supporting broader team efforts when needed.
