A Senior Project Manager is the Company’s representative with primary responsibility for profit/loss on any one assigned project, or several smaller projects. Manages all phases of the project, from preconstruction through close out, and the sustainable growth of the company through our vision, mission and values. Reports to a Project Executive, or Business Unit Leader. Directly manages Project Managers, Superintendents and other project staff. Coordinates activities with the Project Executive and assigned staff in Preconstruction, Business Development and Human Resources as required in the execution of assigned projects. Accountable to the Project Executive for successful execution of assigned projects, as well as the development and behavior of all project staff. Ensures compliance with applicable laws, contract requirements, quality standards, loss control policy and accomplishes quantitative and qualitative goals and objectives as set forth in the individual project plans. Has authority to commit to matters of cost and schedule, in accordance with guidelines, while serving as the Company’s daily point of contact with the Owner on assigned projects. In conjunction with the Project Executive, makes recommendations to approve, recruit, hire, promote, transfer, or terminate Operations personnel.
