Qualifications

  • 3–6 years in SaaS product marketing, growth marketing, or a hybrid PMM / growth role.
  • Hands-on experience with digital or product-led growth.
  • Ability to turn complex capabilities into clear messages for SMB buyers.
  • Comfort working with funnel data, conversion metrics, and A/B testing.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator across product, marketing, design, and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the GTM plan for SMB and self-serve segments.
  • Work with the Product team to identify market opportunities.
  • Develop ICPs, segmentation frameworks, and messaging for SMB buyers.
  • Partner with teams to improve acquisition and activation flows.
  • Design and test packaging, pricing, and journey optimizations.
  • Drive scalable growth through website, email, and in-product campaigns.
  • Turn technical capabilities into compelling narratives.
  • Track and interpret conversion and retention metrics.
