About the role and what you’ll be doing: Ensono is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Manager of Global Payroll to lead our payroll operations across the globe. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing a global team of payroll professionals spanning the globe currently including payroll in the US, UK, Poland, Germany, and Brazil.

You will be accountable for ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing for thousands of associates while driving process improvements, scaling global operations, and partnering closely with Finance, Human Resources (“CPE”), Legal, and external vendors. This role will report directly to the Global Controller.
