Objectives/Purpose of Job:

Determine Materials requirements for production of finished goods product. Place requisitions to acquire components in a timely manner to achieve manufacturing schedules.

Key Activities/Responsibilities :

  1. Review of MRP requirements and determine the component requirements to satisfy the production schedule.

  2. Expedite and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as required.

  3. Maintenance the ERP consisting of master data content updates for components such as lead time, minimum order quantities etc.

  4. Work closely with Production planners communicating and material availability issues.

  5. Work with internal stakeholders managing any updates for artwork and label content changes.

  6. Manage commercialization of new labeling, pack configurations and product launches.

  7. Participate in cost reduction projects led by Procurement and Supply Chain.

Qualifications/Training:

  • BS in Business or Management Sciences, excellent communication skills throughout all levels of the organization.

  • Detail oriented with very good organizational skills.

  • Computerized MRP systems, MS office products with emphasis on Excel and Power BI.

  • Blue Yonder software experience and/or ERPLx required.

  • 5-10 years of supply chain/manufacturing experience in pharmaceuticals or other process related industry.

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English and possess basic math skills.
