The Ally Auto Dealer Training Team/Ally Academy supports Ally’s core Auto Finance business by providing virtual and in-person instructor-led training to our dealer customers nationwide. We are seeking an automotive professional to join our team as an L&D Senior Specialist. This individual will be responsible for facilitating training for retail automobile dealers on all topics related to dealership operations, ranging from Variable and Fixed Ops management training, compliance training, sales & lease training, etc. and will have experience in the automotive retail environment. The L&D Senior Specialist will also facilitate and execute learning experiences in support of building Ally employee dealer customer acumen and will observe and coach Auto L&D facilitators to ensure the ongoing development and success of our team. The right candidate must be willing to travel extensively, must be tech savvy, and must be willing and able to work with dealers and internal matrix partners to identify and support needs for training. Location: remote in any of the 50 states. However, if you live near an Ally office, expectation is a hybrid role - 3 days in office / 2 days remote. This is preferred.
