A technology and operations firm is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to support their CJCS J6 Directorate. The ideal candidate will focus on Cyber and Command, Control, Communications, and Computers Integration (C4) with a strong background in military operations. Responsibilities include conducting analyses and developing briefing materials. A BA/BS degree is required, and candidates must be eligible for a TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance.

Prevailance is seeking an experienced, mission-focused professional to serve as a Senior Operations Analyst in support of the CJCS J6 Directorate for Cyber and Command, Control, Communications, and Computers Integration (DDC5I).
The Senior Operations Analyst will support the CJCS J6 Directorate by applying operational expertise to develop executive-level briefing materials, conduct visual analyses, and enable DoD leadership to make informed decisions. The role focuses on advancing Cyber and C4 capabilities, including CJADC2 and information operations (IO), and contributes to integrating requirements and assessments aimed at building an interdependent joint force. The Analyst will work within a small, agile team environment to conduct high-level staff coordination and detailed technical analysis.
Ideal Candidate: A mission-focused professional with substantial military background, strategic-level C2 experience, and action officer expertise on a major staff. The candidate should be capable of producing high-quality, executive-level briefs and collaborating effectively across services and nations to support informed decision-making at the highest levels. The ability to conduct independent research, evaluate technical strategies, and work proficiently in Microsoft Office will be critical for success in this role.
