We're looking for an experienced D365 Senior Developer to complete our team. In this role, you will be a skilled professional specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions, likely experienced in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and F&O (Finance & Operations) modules, and potentially involved in designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions.

Responsibilities

As a D365 Senior Developer, your responsibilities will include:

• Design, Develop, and Implement the creation of D365 solutions tailored specifically to Forest River requirements.
• Collaboration and working closely with business units, stakeholders, divisions, and end users to under requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs.
• Technical Expertise in additional skills such as C#, .Net, SQL Server, and design principles, depending on the specific D365 module (e.g. F&O).
• Problem-solving with the ability to adapt to troubleshooting and resolving issues within the D365 environment.
• Strong Experience in designing Security models and out-of-the-box Configurations.
• Experience in D365 Workflow, Business Rules, Plugins, Form Customization, and CRM Administration.
• Experience in Dynamics 2012 Workflow, Business Rules, Plugins, Form Customization, and CRM Administration.
• Mentorship junior developers to raise their level of expertise to support business requirements within the D365 environment.

Additional Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Computer Science or similar
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Proven experience in customization, configuration, and development.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Experience with Azure technologies and cloud solutions
• Written and Communication Skills
• Demonstrating a thorough ability to collaborate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (D365) Functional Consultants, Technical Architects, clients, business teams and engineering teams including developers, testers, and stakeholders to deliver a quality product and implementation
• Customizing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2012 a plus
