Position Summary

The Senior Coordinator, Proposals contributes strategic and technical support for the sales process. Designs customer-centered proposals that focus on financial positioning, product offerings, and network access. Applies technical knowledge of products, programs, services, policies, systems, and pricing methodologies to support proposal strategy and deliverables.

Responsibilities
  • Write responses to questions from an account or opportunity.
  • Utilize research skills to search for the appropriate response to questions, specifically those listed in the materials submitted to the team.
  • Utilize project management skills to coordinate the responses and materials coming from internal business partners, in order to ensure all proposals are submitted in a timely fashion.
  • Regularly utilize software tools, such as Microsoft Suite, throughout all aspects of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
  • Keep all relevant, assigned tasks moving forward, in order to ensure all submittal dates and timelines are accurately adhered to.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with project management, including a demonstrated knowledge of the RFP process.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expert proficiency with problem solving, decision making, and verbal/written communication.
  • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others).
  • Working knowledge of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting).
  • Working knowledge of business intelligence.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High school diploma or GED + 4 years of relevant experience).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $42.35

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
