Job summary

Qualifications

• Pass a Background Check.
• Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
• Holds NC BCBA License – must obtain within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 4 remote BCBAs.
• Coordinate with families, kiddos, and RBTs/BTs.
• Train all BTs/RBTs (up to 48).
• Oversee direct and indirect caseloads.
• Ensure daily delivery of ABA plans of care.
