Lightspark is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee and drive the daily accounting of our fast growing startup. As one of the earliest hires on the team, you will play a critical role in implementing best practices, and ensuring a seamless financial statement close process, and the success of all our cross functional partners. This role will focus heavily on managing the entire Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) cycles, ensuring financial accuracy, timeliness, and compliance as we scale. You’ll be both detail-oriented in execution and proactive in improving processes, working closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Legal, and Marketing. A proven ability to apply accounting principles to both existing operations and new ventures will be essential to success in this role.
