Job description

We’re looking for a Scrum Master to join a dynamic product team dedicated to delivering customer value through Agile principles and the Scrum framework. You’ll work alongside multiple Scrum teams made up of Product Owners, Developers, Designers, and fellow Scrum Masters, acting as a servant‑leader to foster collaboration, creativity, and transparency. In this role, you’ll guide teams in applying Scrum effectively, coach them to focus on outcomes, and remove obstacles that stand in the way of progress. You’ll empower teams to be self‑managing, support Product Owners with backlog refinement, and facilitate planning and Scrum events within timeboxes. Building strong relationships across teams and stakeholders will be key, as will promoting innovation and continuous improvement. You’ll also collaborate with other Scrum Masters to enhance cross‑team alignment and help the wider organisation embrace Agile practices.
