A prominent food service company in Tallahassee, FL, seeks a full-time Food Service Leader. You will oversee food service operations, manage team performance, and ensure high-quality service, requiring at least 1 year in a lead role in food service. Must have a high school diploma or GED, and team-oriented skills are essential. This position requires a commitment to excellence and a flexible availability.

Working Relationships: Guest Service Associates, Food Service Associates, MU/MB General Manager, Brand District Manager, Brand Regional Manager, Guest Service Leads, Site Manager, District Manager, Region Manager, Brand Manager, VP, Company personnel, and various vendors.
Minimum Education: High School or GED
Minimum Experience: 1 year Food Service department lead capacity in retail or restaurant environment.
Preferred Experience: 1-3 years Food Service experience.
Licenses/Certifications: Serv Safe Certified a plus but not mandatory.
Other: Scheduling—This position is full-time hourly position and primarily works days, however, may at times need to work a variety of hours depending on business needs (days, nights, weekends & Holidays).
Travel: 5% to attend meetings
Hours & Conditions: 40 hours
Other Specialized work attire requirements: hats or visors, gloves, etc. – provided
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk 10 hours a day; ability to lift 40 lbs., reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp and grip and work in freezer and cooler (cold temperatures).
