Role: SAP Basis Consultant Latin America (English and Spanish)

Position overview

We are looking for a motivated SAP Basis Consultant to join our PRISM Transformation Global Service Line (GSL), a global team delivering SAP solutions and services to clients worldwide. This team uses proprietary EPI‑USE Labs software and specialist expertise to address complex SAP System Landscape Optimisation (SLO) projects, data migrations, and system transformations.

As an SAP Basis Consultant, you will contribute to Selective Data Transition (SDT) projects, SAP S/4HANA migrations, and other transformation initiatives. You will work with autonomy, while collaborating closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions. While direct EPI-USE Labs product knowledge is advantageous, equivalent SAP Basis experience will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver new or existing PRISM solutions for our clients.
• Develop competence in the application of EPI-USE Labs’ software (Data Sync Manager, Query Manager, Variance Monitor, Archive Central, PRISM).
• On request, attend events as requested to speak to clients, partners and our internal staff.
• Assist the resourcing office and PMO to ensure delivery of projects is running smoothly; track and document project progress.

Qualification required

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in science & engineering disciplines; or additional five years in industry working with SAP
• SAP Certifications of any type
• Cloud certifications
• Data, reporting, ETL or related solutions certifications

Experience and skills

• Minimum of four years of SAP experience
• A minimum of four years in the IT industry
• Experience of working a minimum of three (3) SAP Project lifecycles
• Able to apply knowledge of at least one key area of SAP – technical and/or functional – relevant to PRISM in a consulting context
• Confident to build and deliver new or existing solutions with minimal oversight
• Strong understanding of the SAP data model and its delivery
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong communication skills; confident to engage independently with clients
• Scoping and workshop skills
• Demonstrable ability to optimise and improve process and solutions
• Able to apply knowledge of at least one EPI-USE Labs product relevant to PRISM
• Professional level in a second language relevant toEPI-USE Labs
• Expertise in EPI-USE Labs' Data Sync Manager (DSM) suite
• Experience writing a programming or scripting language; or administrating a database technology
• ABAP experience (read, debug)
• Experience working on M&A projects
• Experience working in SAP migration projects of any kind, though ideally to include S/4HANA, HCM (Payroll/SF) or Analytics (BW, BW/4HANA, Datasphere)
• Working knowledge of parts of SAP functional data model
• Experience with SAP test data & data migration solutions: SAP LT, LTMC, TDMS, LSMW
• SAP Archiving and Information Lifecycle
