Base pay: $88,000 – $108,000 per year

Job Overview

We’re on the lookout for a standout performer who can lead by example. In our rapidly growing company, you’ll direct sales efforts in your territory, build direct connections with SMB owners and decision‑makers, and promote top‑notch supplemental insurance products. Expect personalized interactions with business owners, benefits managers, and employees, and occasional product presentations to groups ranging from 50 to 100+. As a sales leader, you’ll drive outreach, mentor new team members, and help build a better version of yourself.

Responsibilities

You will spend part of your week engaging in sales activities while balancing sales goals with training and mentorship of new team members. Success requires strong sales skills and prior leadership or mentorship experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years post‑high‑school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
