About the Role
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking life insurance products, allowing you to focus more on client interactions and less on lead hunting.
  • Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions; use this knowledge to position life insurance products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed).
