Overview

GHA Technologies, Inc. seeks TECHNOLOGY SALES experience. We are currently hiring experienced Sales Professionals nationwide with a minimum of three years direct technology sales experience.

We sell the latest AI technologies from top manufacturers and specialize in mission critical product procurement and integration services for large corporate, government, and education clients in America. Our client base is a who\'s who of corporate America. GHA employee owners receive stock shares every year on top of leading commissions, bonuses, and promotional offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Sell and procure AI technologies and related IT solutions from major manufacturers to corporate, government, and education clients.
  • Manage client accounts and coordinate procurement and integration services for mission critical projects.
  • Participate in virtual appointments and on-site activities as required to meet sales goals.
  • Navigate our online portal and utilize pricing for more than 2 million top selling products from 3,500 manufacturers.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Immediate pay raise and professional growth opportunities.
  • Commission and bonus programs with potentially strong earnings (examples include bonuses and credits as described below).
  • W-2 employment with Medical, Dental, and HSA benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, and ESOP stock ownership.
  • Stock ownership and ongoing promotional opportunities for employee owners.
  • Additional incentives include accelerated bonuses and client account credits and gift cards for business-building activities.
Compensation Highlights
  • $10k fast-start bonus per month for 12 months (requires one new commercial account with at least 250 employees).
  • $2,500 first-week training pay for the first five training days.
  • $500 per virtual appointment bonus with no cap.
  • Up to $1,500 per week for meeting minimum call and at least one qualified onsite appointment.
  • 200% of the profit margin for the first 90 days of orders shipped; 40% to 59% of the profit margin after 90 days.
  • Up to $10k in new client account credits; up to $5k in new account donation credits; up to $400 in business-building gift cards.
