What You’ll Do
  • Manage complex roadway and transit design projects
  • Lead planning and design teams to meet schedules, budgets, and client expectations

  • Support business development and client engagement across Arizona and the Southwest
  • Collaborate with global teammates to maximize digital tools and design capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • 15+ years of transportation experience, with a focus on roadway and/or transit design
  • 2-5 years of project management experience in transportation design
  • Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills
  • Experience with DOT, county, or municipal projects
  • Proficiency in OpenRoads Designer, InRoads, and MicroStation
  • Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills
Ideally, you\'ll also have
  • Recognition as a transportation industry thought leader
  • Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure design and construction
  • Proven success with alternative delivery models (Design-Build, CMAR, P3)
  • Established client relationships in Arizona
  • Familiarity with ADOT plan preparation
