Job Overview

Looking for a dedicated RN to join our Awesome team! 12 hour shifts 6pm-6am. This is a 12-hour night shift position with a $3 shift differential. Must be able to work every other weekend and every other holiday. Call and ask for Jeannie 330-483-3131 to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality nursing care through interpersonal contact and provide services to allow patients to attain a highest practicable well-being.
  • Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in patient condition.
  • Provide daily clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
  • Implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
  • Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.
  • Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications
  • Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
  • Currently licensed/registered in applicable State; maintain an active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
  • Preferred 1 year skilled nursing experience.
  • CPR certification upon hire and remain current throughout employment.
