In this role, you will serve as the business banker for new and existing small to medium size business clients. You will develop and grow new business by building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and clients. In addition, you will drive high volume opportunities and engagements within defined markets. Leverages automated systems and processes to enhance customer experience.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $88,944.67 - $155,000.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
