The LatAm Strategy team seeks an equity strategist to join the team in New York and focus on LatAm equity markets. The Associate/VP will be part of the EM/LatAm Strategy team and work closely with LatAm equity analysts, FX and Fixed Income teams. The Associate/VP will participate in all aspects of research production – from idea generation, data analysis and report writing to promotion to clients – and will maintain and develop analytical tools and models produced by the team.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $200,000 per year for Associate, and between $175,000 and $250,000 per year for VP. Base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include commission, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short‑ and long‑term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley‑sponsored benefit programs.
