Overview

Remote Travel Coordinator at Magical Destinations Travel by Amy. Family-owned and operated environment with an upbeat atmosphere. You will handle incoming requests via multiple channels (phone, email, etc.), be the primary point of contact for clients, and manage all booking needs for travelers (business and leisure) while delivering exceptional customer service. You will have access to sell package options, tours, event tickets, and more. No experience is required as training and certifications are provided.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, plan and execute travel sales (airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, and tickets/events)
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
  • Work well in a group/team setting
  • Stay up to date on the travel industry and policies
  • Collect and enter data into our software and maintain client files
  • Complete required certification in a timely manner
  • Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners
Qualifications
  • Must have a smartphone with reliable internet access
  • Laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet access (highly recommended, but not required)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
  • Ability to make travel and event recommendations based on clients' interests
  • Ability to manage time and stay organized
  • Attention to accuracy and detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer and Internet knowledge
  • Personal travel experience is not required but will be considered an extra perk
