Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiation.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills required.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Identify key decision-makers and build strategic relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with customer goals.
  • Support onboarding of new clients to ensure volume commitments are met.
  • Manage daily account activities and deliverables to meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Mid-Market Sales on reporting, administrative tasks, and territory strategy.
  • Represent company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Prepare and present business reviews, and follow through on action items.
