Qualifications

  • Current California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC required.
  • One year of leadership experience in an inpatient, outpatient, or relevant setting.

Job description
Overview

Relief Program Administrator / Licensed Clinical Director. This role leads day-to-day operations of an assigned program on an interim basis, with clinical leadership and regulatory compliance responsibilities. Extensive travel across Crestwood’s California programs is required (approximately 75–90% annually).

Base pay range: $150,000/yr - $175,000/yr.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations for an assigned program on an interim basis.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and actively oversee quality assurance and performance improvement.
  • Provide clinical leadership and collaborate with corporate departments, outside consultants, and program representatives to County/State agencies, community partners, and consumer groups.
  • Occasionally provide interim coverage for new program openings, vacancies, or leaves of absence, typically for two to three months.
  • Travel extensively across California (approximately 75–90%).
Qualifications
  • Current California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
  • One year of leadership experience in an inpatient, outpatient, or relevant setting.
  • Demonstrated experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use conditions, families, and advisory boards.
  • Strong knowledge of State/County mental health systems, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively across California (75–90%).

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. Pay Range: $150,000 USD - $175,000 USD.
