Perimeter Behavioral of Forrest City has openings for Full-time Day Shift RNs. We are a residential certified facility licensed and Joint Commission accredited. Perimeter Behavioral of Forrest City offers adolescents residential services. We are seeking individuals to join our team who is committed to improving the lives of who’s impacted by mental illness.

Perimeter Behavioral of Forrest City is in Arkansas and is daily committed to improving our residents’ lives by using a resident centered collaborative approach to provide high quality care addressing both the mental health and physical wellbeing of our residents. Join our team today!

The responsibilities for a Register Nurse include the following:
  • Identifies and documents patient information based on data collected through nursing assessments and information obtained through family and/or primary caregiver or guardian.
  • Evaluates each resident's care and produces a nursing assessment and up-to-date nursing care plan.
  • Develops measurable goals on the multi-disciplinary treatment plan that is mutually set with the treatment team and the resident.
  • Assist patients through admission and discharge processes.
  • Documents nursing intervention and resident response in progress notes.
  • Provides general nursing care as required.
  • Develops a therapeutic relationship with assigned residents.
  • Encourages resident's independent behavior.
  • Serves as a role member for the residents.
  • Assess resident's physical needs and emotional needs.
  • Collaborates with the treatment team in completing the discharge plans for patients.
Qualified Register Nurse candidates should have the following:
  • Current Arkansas RN licensure or qualified compact license
  • Currently certified in basic life support
  • Prefer some previous experience in healthcare preferably with pediatrics or behavioral health. New graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Must be willing to work assigned shifts, which is 6a to 6p or 6p to 6a and rotate weekend shifts
